Unser Darm wird von unzähligen Bakterien bewohnt, die uns bei der Verdauung helfen und noch weitere Aufgaben übernehmen. Die Einnahme von Medikamenten oder falsche bzw. einseitige Ernährung können die normale Besiedlung unseres Darms empfindlich stören und unser Wohlbefinden negativ beeinflussen.
