Omega-6-Fettsäuren sind lebensnotwendig. Sie müssen über die Nahrung aufgenommen werden und spielen eine Rolle für Knochen, Haut und Haare sowie die Regulation unserer Energie-Produktion.

Omega-9 enthält die wichtige Ölsäure, die den Cholesterinspiegel beeinflussen kann.
