Lecithin spielt bei vielen Vorgängen im Körper eine bedeutende Rolle. Es ist ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Wände der Körperzellen, aus denen alle unsere Organe und Gewebe bestehen. Außerdem ist Lecithin ein entscheidender Baustein für die Isolierung unserer Nervenfasern. Unser Organismus benötigt ständig ausreichend Lecithin für den Aufbau und die Funktion unserer Zellen. Nur wenn der Austausch zwischen den Zellen über intakte Zellwände funktioniert, sind die Funktion unserer Organe und unser Wohlbefinden gewährleistet.

LECITHIN PLUS enthält hochwertiges Sojalecithin, welches besonders reich an essentiellen Fettsäuren ist. Essenziell bedeutet, dass unser Körper diese lebensnotwendigen Fettsäuren nicht selbst herstellen kann und wir sie deshalb zum Beispiel über die Nahrung aufnehmen müssen. Übrigens zählen bis zu 40 % der Fettsäuren dieses aus Soja gewonnenen Naturlecithins zu den wertvollen, mehrfach ungesättigten Fettsäuren

Die Vitamine D und E tragen zudem dazu bei, die Zellen vor oxidativem Stress zu schützen. Lecithin kann eine gute Unterstützung des Wohlbefindensdarstellen, besonders bei einer hohen psychischen Belastung, bei Leistungsdruck und einer unausgewogenen Ernährung.
